After you've selected up to four diamonds for your consultation you're just clicks away from receiving an expert consultation – all at no charge. No other preparation is necessary.
What happens during my consultation?
A non-commissioned gemologist will review each of your chosen diamonds with you, providing enhanced videos and rich reports. Your gemologist can help you decide which diamond to buy or recommend an entirely different diamond based on what matters most to you.
Do I need to be a diamond expert to talk with a gemologist?
Absolutely not. Our gemologists are here to help you find the right diamond whether you're new to the Four Cs or immersed in the details.
How long will it take to schedule a consultation?
Most Virtual Gemologist sessions can be scheduled for the same or next day.
How is Ritani able to offer images of each individual diamond?
We have a patent on our method of showing highly detailed diamond imagery via the web to you, our customer. Because we own our inventory, we have direct access to all of our diamonds and use state-of-the-art imagery to highlight the differences between the diamonds you select.
