After I find something I want on, can I see it at a local jeweler?

Yes. Only with Ritani can you actually do your browsing from home and, once there’s a diamond or ring that has captured your interest, request a free in-store preview at a jeweler near you. Just add the item to your shopping cart, and choose “Free In-Store Preview” during checkout.


What happens if I don’t like the jewelry I order?

Simply call us at 1.888.202.0801, and we will help you prepare the item for return. Your return is risk-free, as we pay for return shipping and insure your item as it ships back to Ritani.


How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, we’ll let you know by email. To track your item step-by-step through the shipping process, you can sign into your account and view your ”Account Settings.” This page will list the details about where your package is in the process of shipping to you.


How long does it take from the time I design the ring to the time I can receive it?

Once you order a ring, the finished ring will ship either to you or your local jeweler within 3-7 days. Each ring's specific availability date is messaged on its ‘detail’ page. All Ritani items ship via FedEx® Priority Overnight for free and are tracked and insured right to your door. Additionally, you’ll receive an email notification with access to complete tracking information as your order goes through each step in the delivery process.


What happens during my Ritani Gemologist consultation?

A non-commissioned gemologist will review each diamond with you providing enhanced views and rich details. The gemologist can help you decide which diamond to buy or recommend an entirely different diamond depending on what matters to you.
