How will I receive my order?

We will ship your order free of charge via FedEx® Priority Overnight. Your package requires a signature so you may prefer to ship your package to your office. Your Ritani box is unmarked, so as to not attract attention, and to help keep your secret. Rest assured – it’s insured to your door.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All jewelry ships via FedEx® Priority Overnight. Jewelry will ship the day you order if ordered before 3PM ET. Engagement rings take from 3-7 days to be set properly and appraised before shipment. Loose diamonds and jewelry items like earrings, bracelets, or necklaces typically ship within 1-2 days. You can find any items' specific availability date on its ‘detail’ page.

I work and won’t be at home – how will I receive my order?

You can always have your order shipped to your work, or to any of Ritani's Free In-Store Preview jeweler partners. You’ll find a list of local Free In-Store Preview jewelers during checkout.

How does Ritani ensure the safety of my order?

Your order is 100% insured in shipment by Ritani to your destination. Your package will not be left at your location without a signature. Your box is unmarked, so as to not attract attention, and to avoid ruining an important surprise.

Can I get my order on a Saturday?

Absolutely. We can ship your order via FedEx for Saturday delivery. Just call to arrange a Saturday delivery with one of our Ritani Customer Representatives.

Can you keep my order a surprise from my fiancé-to-be?

Of course. We have extensive experience helping people create an unforgettable engagement. All our orders ship in an unmarked package. All communication regarding your order will be sent to the private email you specify. In addition, we’re happy to help you with any special requests.

How can I track my package?

Once your order ships, we’ll let you know by email. To track your item step-by-step through the shipping process, you can sign into your account and view your ”Account Settings.” This page will list the details about where your package is at any time.
