Ritani is a specialized designer and manufacturer of fine jewelry. You can only purchase our jewelry from a Ritani authorized dealer.

WHERE CAN I GET PRICING AND INFORMATION ON RITANI PIECES?
For pricing and availability you must contact one of our authorized dealers. You can visit our store locator to obtain locations.
If you have questions on certain pieces they might not carry, ask your sales associate to contact Ritani, and we will answer any questions.
CAN YOU SEND ME A CATALOG WITH PICTURES OF YOUR RINGS?
At this time we do not have a full catalog that we send in the mail. You may view our brochure online as a PDF file by clicking on the Brochure link located at the top of our website. Please note: this file is not suitable for printing. For a hard copy of our brochure, please visit your local Ritani dealer. In store you will also be able to view the comprehensive catalog we provide all of our authorized dealers.
We are constantly updating our website, so this will be your most current source for Ritani's collections.
DOES RITANI HAVE ANY GUARANTEES REGARDING CONFLICT DIAMONDS?
Ritani has a zero tolerance policy in regard to conflict diamonds. We only purchase diamonds through companies who, like us, adhere to the Kimberly Process. For a complete description of the Kimberly Process, please click on the link below.

WHAT METALS ARE RITANI'S JEWELRY AVAILABLE IN?
Presently Ritani offers all its jewelry in both platinum and 18k gold. In 18k gold you may chose from white, yellow or rose.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY RITANI JEWELRY NEEDS A RESIZING OR REPAIR?
Ritani has highly trained jewelers and setter who specialize in the type of advanced work that goes into a Ritani piece. If your jewelry needs to be repaired, please take the piece to your Ritani authorized dealer. They can send us your jewelry so that it can receive our expert attention.
DOES RITANI OFFER A WARRANTY WITH ITS JEWELRY?
In Ritani's continuing efforts to better serve our clients, we will now be offering a warranty and online registration for our jewelry effective as of April 2008. A warranty card will be made available by the Ritani authorized retailer from whom you purchased your piece of jewelry. You must validate the card online by entering the information in the Warranty section of our website.
This warranty covers manufacturer defects only, and is strictly at the discretion of Ritani. This warranty should not be used in replacement with any warranty offered by your Ritani dealer.

WHAT CAN I DO IF THE RITANI DEALER NEAR ME DOES NOT HAVE THE PIECE I AM INTERESTED IN?
Ritani has such a large selection of different styles that no one store can carry all of our pieces. This does not mean, however, that they can not help you acquire the Ritani piece you are interested in. Any of our authorized retailers has the ability to acquire the style of your choice. Just have your sales associate contact Ritani for information.
I LIVE OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES, HOW CAN I PURCHASE A RITANI RING?
Ritani currently has authorized dealers in the US (including Hawaii), Canada, St. Martin and Australia. You can visit our store locator online to obtain store locations.
I WANT TO PURCHASE ONE OF YOUR PIECES, BUT THERE ARE NO AUTHORIZED DEALERS IN MY AREA.
Ritani jewelry can only be purchased through an authorized dealer. If you can not find a dealer in your area you may either call a store of your choosing, or go through a store's website. A select number of our authorized dealers feature their Ritani collection on their websites. You should feel free to contact any store with your request. If you are having trouble finding the Ritani piece you are looking for, just ask the sales associate to contact Ritani with your questions.
