I ordered the yellow gold mounting and it was only available in 18kt. I loved, loved, loved the diamond, but realized the mounting was not right for me. I am way too hard on my jewelry for 18kt. That was no problem for Ritani. They made it super easy to return and paid for all shipping both ways. I was able to return the mounting and keep the diamond. I am having a custom mounting made for the beautiful diamond. I would highly recommend Ritani to anyone who is looking for a diamond just perfect for them.

Customer Service is the best in this place. I worked with few ladies who never failed me finding the right diamond. Even the payment office is very helpful at the very end. I can't get over how my diamond looks. Even my husband would not believe the quality and clearness of it. Highly recommend to everyone. This is my first experience buying on line and saw many diamonds in different stores. It's not even comparable price wise, cut, quality, and most of all the size of it.
