Free Ring Resizing
It’s normal to not get your partner’s ring size right the first time. Ritani offers one free ring resizing within the first year of purchase. Eternity bands are not included as a part of our free ring resizing. Just call one of our Ritani Customer Service Representatives and we'll take care of the rest. Please note that this applies to U.S residents only. International customers will need to pay shipping and duties to send their ring to us to be re-sized. Ritani does not offer Free Ring Resizing to International residents.
Free Ring Sizer
Aside from visiting a jeweler, the best way to learn you or your partner’s ring size is by using a ring sizing tool. Ritani will mail you an easy-to-use ring sizer for free so you can discover your ring size at your convenience. Ring sizers can only be shipped within the U.S.
Diamond and gemstone eternity rings with a specific number of gemstones per finger size; milgrain or ornate bands; some silver rings; or rings with alternative metals such as tungsten and cobalt cannot be resized, so please make sure to order the correct ring size at time of purchase. Free Returns & Exchanges
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, orders can be returned for free within 30 days upon delivery to your home. We’ll even schedule a FedEx pickup at your home or office. To return or exchange your purchase, call Ritani customer service at 1-888-202-0801 and we’ll take it from there.

Every piece of diamond jewelry comes with a detailed appraisal from an unbiased certified gemologist. An appraisal is a certification and confirmation of your diamond’s quality. You’ll also need to know the value of your purchase for insurance purposes so that you can protect your jewelry.

If you’re unsatisfied with your Ritani purchase for any reason, orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery to your home. A customer service representative will email you a return label along with simple packing instructions.
Free return shipping only applies to U.S and Canada customers and is limited to three per customer. To return an item, simply contact our customer service team for a return label and RMA.
It will take about 24 - 48 hours for our team to send you a pre-paid, fully insured FedEx 2-Day label. We should receive your return within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
All refunds will be processed within two weeks, in the original purchase method, unless noted otherwise.
Additional Terms & Conditions
When returning diamond jewelry, it’s important to include the GIA or AGSL certificate that your jewelry came with. If the certificate isn’t included with your return, we will have to send the diamond back to the GIA or AGSL for recertification. You will still be refunded for your purchase, but you will be charged $175 for recertification. Recertification prices may vary.
International returns are not subject to our free return policy. International customers will need to pay a return shipping fee. Shipping fees subject to change based on individual countries.

We offer a free lifetime warranty on all Ritani engagement rings and wedding bands in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect. Free Center or Side Stone Tightening
Sometimes, the prongs holding your diamond can become loose due to the wear and tear of everyday activities. This is not a reflection of poor craftsmanship - a ring worn regularly is more likely to become damaged. It’s important to keep your center and/or side stones tight so that they don’t fall out.
Complimentary Ring Cleaning
We offer complimentary ring cleanings for life with your engagement ring purchase. We recommend getting your ring cleaned at least twice a year to maintain its sparkle.
Precious Metal Preservation
Precious metals require some maintenance over time to preserve their quality. Rhodium plating is a useful way to keep your precious metals protected. We recommend rhodium plating your jewelry every 3-5 years to keep it from becoming scratched or tarnished. Ritani offers complimentary rhodium plating once a year - all you have to do is pay for shipping. Contact a Ritani Customer Service Representative to arrange for your ring to be plated.
Please Note: (Repairs)
In the event that there is ever a problem with your jewelry or you are in need of other services that are not covered under our lifetime warranty, your jewelry can be mailed back to our office for evaluation. Once inspected, should charges apply, you will be notified prior to any work being done to service your jewelry.
To send us your ring, U.S. & Canada customers may purchase a fully insured 2-Day shipping label for $30 through Ritani to be shipped to us and then purchase a label to be shipped back to you.
Your warranty is void if:
- Ritani determines that the product has been worked on or repaired by any party other than Ritani, or if the product forwarded to Ritani is not manufactured by Ritani
- You have not registered your warranty on Ritani.com
- You are missing proof and date of purchase
- You are missing a valid warranty return authorization number

We’ve started this diamond buyback program for customers that no longer want or need their diamonds. Start by filling out a simple form with the details of your diamond and we’ll give you an estimate. A Ritani gemologist will reach out to you within 48 hours with the next steps.
We offer immediate cash back for your used diamond or a Ritani Credit Value to use on our site at your own discretion or towards another diamond purchase.
At this time, we only accept diamonds that are at least 1 carat. Diamonds must be GIA or AGSL certified to qualify for Ritani Reclaim. Lab grown diamonds are not applicable to this program. We reserve the right to decline any diamond submission request.

What if my diamond is still in its setting?
You can either have the diamond removed from its setting at a jeweler and ship it to us as a loose diamond, or we can remove the diamond in our White Plains factory and send you back your setting.
Do you buy lab diamonds?
At this time, we are only buying natural, earth-grown diamonds.
Is my diamond shipment insured?
You will receive a FedEx shipping label for your package that guarantees your shipment is 100% insured from your door to ours.
Will my diamond be safe in your facility?
Your diamond will be processed in a secure facility filled with security cameras. You can rest assured that your diamond will be safe. Your diamond will be fully insured, even inside our facility.
How soon will I receive payment for my diamond?
You will receive payment for your diamond in seven business days.
What if I decline to sell my diamond once it’s been appraised by Ritani?
If you no longer wish to sell your diamond, we will mail it back to you for free.
