Return Policy Overview
In our commitment to take care of you every step of the way, we offer a hassle-free, 30-day return policy that applies to engagement rings, wedding rings, and jewelry. If you feel unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your order to us within 30 days of the delivery date. For loose natural diamonds and loose lab diamonds, we offer a 15-day return policy from the delivery date.
If you order a diamond and then add it to a ring setting, the return window for that diamond will be extended for an additional 15 days from its delivery date, equaling a 30-day return window. Once the diamond is set in a ring and delivered to you, it will no longer qualify for an additional return window.
Disclaimer: When buying a loose diamond, since your chosen diamond is subject to the 15-day return policy from its original estimated ship date, we encourage you to either choose a setting as soon as possible after purchasing or promptly finalize the design of a custom setting to avoid encountering any return issues.
To Return a Purchase:
To make a return, simply contact our customer service team, who will provide you with a prepaid and fully insured FedEx 2-day shipping return label and return authorization number via email. Please note that it can take 24 to 48 hours to receive your return label. Once your returned item is shipped, it should arrive at our facility within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays. All refunds will be processed within two weeks and credited back to your original payment method, unless noted otherwise.
Please note: Returns must be received at our facility by the 30th day of their return period and no later. Any item received after the 30-day return window will be shipped back to the customer with no refund issued.
1. To begin the return process, call us at 1-888-9RITANI (1-888-974-8264) and let the team member you're speaking with know you would like to return your order. Be sure you have your order number handy or the email you used to place the order.
2. Within 24-48 hours, you’ll receive a pre-paid, fully insured FedEx 2-Day return label via email. We will also send you simple packing instructions.
3. Send your returned item to us through a FedEx location near you. Do not leave your package unattended in a FedEx drop box.
4. All refunds will be processed within two weeks and credited back to the original payment method, unless noted otherwise. If you paid with bank wire, you will receive your refund by a company-issued check.
Please note: Returns are limited to two returns per customer and/or household per year. Any shipping fees incurred at the time of placing your order will not be included in your refund.
Since international returns are not subject to our free return policy, our international customers will need to pay a return shipping fee. Shipping fees are subject to change based on individual countries. Additionally, shipping fees incurred at the time of placing the order will not be refunded.
Additional Terms and Conditions:
When returning a loose diamond or diamond jewelry (for example, a complete engagement ring, Design Your Own Earrings or Design Your Own Pendant), it is imperative to include the grading certificate that came with your diamond. The grading certificate is the document that specifies the quality of your diamond. If the certificate isn’t included in your return, we will have to send the diamond back to its original agency for recertification.
Please be advised: If your original diamond grading certificate is not included with your return, a $200 fee for diamond recertification will be subtracted from your refund.
Non-Refundable Items:
Custom eternity rings or jewelry that has been modified cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are final sale.
Engraved jewelry items (excluding wedding and engagement rings) cannot be returned. These items are final sale.
Any special orders or custom requests (excluding wedding and engagement rings) cannot be returned. These items are final sale.
Price Adjustments
At Ritani, we frequently offer promotions and discounts. Price adjustments on purchases can only be made within 14 days of delivery. We cannot honor any new promotions or discounts after this timeframe.
