Returns/Exchange Policy

​Our hassle-free, 30-day return policy applies to engagement rings, wedding rings, and jewelry and is part of our commitment to taking care of you every step of the way. If you’re unsatisfied with your Ritani engagement rings, wedding rings, and jewelry purchase for any reason, orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Loose Diamonds and Loose Lab Diamonds are NOT included in our 30-day return policy. Loose Diamonds and Loose Lab Diamonds have a 15-day return policy, and can only be returned within 15 days of when it was delivered to you. If you order a diamond and add a setting to it at a later time, the diamond will get an extended return window of an additional 15 days of when it was delivered to you, 30 days in total. It will not get a new return period after it is set in a ring and delivered to you. Effective on purchases made after November 3rd, 2022​ Free return shipping only applies to U.S customers and is limited to two per customer. To return an item, simply contact our customer service team for a return label and RMA. It will take about 24 - 48 hours for our team to send you a pre-paid, fully insured FedEx 2-Day label. We should receive your return within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays. All refunds will be processed within two weeks, in the original purchase method, unless noted otherwise. Our return policy includes: Free return insurance - you're 100% covered from when it leaves your hands until it arrives at our door. Zero cost - FedEx return shipping is prepaid and there are no restocking fees. Scheduled pick-ups - we'll schedule a FedEx pick-up at your home. Note: Two returns/exchanges are allowed per customer, per year.

Disclaimer: If you are buying a loose diamond to secure it and planning on adding a setting later on or working on creating a custom setting. Your diamond is subject to the 15 day return policy from its original estimated ship date to you. We encourage you to choose a setting or finalize designs quickly so it does not cause issues with your diamond return.
To Return a Purchase:
1. Call us at 1-888-9RITANI (1-888-974-8264). Have your order number or the email you used to place the order handy.
2. Let the team member know you would like to return your order.
3. Within 24-48 hours, you’ll receive a pre-paid, fully insured FedEx 2 Day return label via email. We will also send you simple packing instructions.
4. Send it back to us through a FedEx location near you.
5. We should receive your return within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
6. All refunds will be processed within two weeks, in the original purchase method, unless noted otherwise. Please note, if you paid with bank wire, you will receive your refund by a company-issued check.
Free return shipping only applies to U.S customers only. There is a return/exchange limit of 2 (returns or exchanges) per customer/household, per year.
Additional Terms & Conditions
When returning a loose diamond or diamond jewelry (for example, an engagement ring, custom stud earrings, or a custom pendant) it’s important to include the grading certificate that your diamond came with. The grading certificate is the document that specifies the quality of your diamond. If the certificate isn’t included in your return, we will have to send the diamond back to its original agency for recertification.
If you purchased an earth-grown diamond, it will need to be recertified by the GIA or AGSL.
If you purchased a lab-grown diamond, it will need to be recertified by either the IGI, GIA, GCAL, HRD, or DF.
You will still be refunded for your purchase, but you will be charged $175 for recertification. Recertification prices may vary depending on the agency.
International returns are not subject to our free return policy. International customers will need to pay a return shipping fee. Shipping fees are subject to change based on individual countries.
Our return policy includes:
· Free return insurance - you're 100% covered from when it leaves your hands until it arrives at our door.

Non-Refundable Items
Custom eternity rings, or those that have been modified, cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are Final Sale.
Engraved jewelry items (excluding wedding and engagement rings) cannot be returned. These items are Final Sale.
Any special orders or custom requests (excluding wedding and engagement rings) cannot be returned. These items are Final Sale.
Price Adjustments
At Ritani, we frequently offer promotions and discounts. Price adjustments on purchases can only be made within 14 days of delivery. We cannot honor any new promotions or discounts after this timeframe.
