We recommend platinum settings for those with sensitive ears. Platinum is hypoallergenic, and also incredibly durable. While designing your earrings, you can choose between push-back settings or screw back settings. Push-back settings are the standard type of backing for earrings. If you would prefer something more secure, select screw-back earrings. Because you are screwing the backing onto the earring, they take more time to put on and take off.
