We want you to get exactly what you want — before the big day. And, because we don’t want any surprises — well, except for the big one — we make it easy to preview your ring at a jewelry store or WeWork showroom near you.

Many of the diamonds on our site are a part of our exclusive inventory. However, some of the diamonds listed are from third-party vendors who sell their diamonds on our site as well as other sites. Because of this, you may purchase a diamond on our site and later receive an email that the diamond is no longer available. You will be notified within 48 hours if the diamond is no longer available. This slight delay is because many of our diamond vendors are internationally based, creating a time difference.   

When a diamond is no longer available, we will work with you to find a similar diamond. You will not be charged for anything until the order ships. 

Our hassle-free, 30-day return policy is part of our commitment to taking care of you every step of the way. If you’re unsatisfied with your Ritani purchase for any reason, orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery to your home. We’ll gladly arrange to have it collected at your door so you have one less errand to add to your list. To return your purchase, call Ritani customer service at 1-888-202-0801. A customer service representative will email you a return label along with simple packing instructions. 

If you pick up your order from a nearby jeweler or WeWork, a store employee or Ritani representative can return the item on your behalf. 

Please bring ID and the credit card you used to confirm your reservation. 

Your Free-In Store Preview item will be secure and awaiting your arrival for seven days. If you do not review it within that time period, it will be returned to Ritani.  

You’ll receive an email when your preview is ready. Visit the store at your convenience, with no obligation to buy.
