Fully Insured, Free Shipping Via FedEx Priority Overnight Shipping

Once your product has been handcrafted, Ritani offers complimentary shipping on all orders shipped within the U.S. via FedEx Priority Overnight. You’ll receive a shipment confirmation along with information on how to track your order. Once shipped, your order is expected to be delivered to you by 12pm the following business day pending no courier delays. A signature will be required at delivery.Your order will be fully insured from our door to yours.

Discreet Packaging

Your order will arrive in a discreetly marked package so your secret will be safe. Every piece of Ritani jewelry comes in a tasteful gift box that will make the presentation that much more amazing.

Ship to an Alternate Address

If necessary, Ritani is able to ship your order to an alternate destination. For security, the shipping address for orders valued over $1000 must be on file with your credit card. Simply call the issuing bank for your credit card and provide them with your alternate shipping address. You can also have your order shipped to a Free In-Store Preview partner jeweler where you can pick it up at your convenience.

Free In-Person Preview

Meeting with a Diamond Pro presents the perfect opportunity to ensure that the loose diamond or engagement ring you've ordered aligns precisely with your expectations, including trying on the engagement ring for a comfortable fit. Please be aware that in-person previews are only available for orders totaling $1,500 and above.

For Military Personnel

We ship for free to our servicemen and women to any APO, FPO, or DPO address. Simply list your city as APO, FPO, or DPO and your state as AA, AE, or AP, along with your 5-digit zip/postal code for free delivery via USPS. Use the following codes: AE for Canada, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. AP for Pacific. AA for South & Central America.

International Order & Shipping Policies

International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes, new broker charges, or surcharges levied or charged by their country, so please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties. Orders shipping to Canada will be charged applicable duties and taxes along with shipping. Shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout once the shipping address has been entered.
