Fully Insured, Free Shipping Via Fedex Priority Overnight Shipping

Once your product has been handcrafted, Ritani offers complimentary shipping on all jewelry shipped in the U.S. via FedEx® Priority Overnight and to Canada via FedEx® Express Shipping. A signature will be required at delivery.

You'll rest assured knowing precisely what day your order will arrive. We currently do not offer tracking numbers, for safety and insurance purposes. Please connect with an agent for more information.

Discreet Packaging

Your order will arrive in a discreetly marked package so your secret will be safe. Every piece of Ritani jewelry comes in a tasteful gift box that will make the presentation that much more amazing.

Ship to an Alternate Address

If necessary, Ritani is able to ship your order to an alternate destination. For security, the shipping address for orders valued over $1000 must be on file with your credit card. Simply call the issuing bank for your credit card and provide them with your alternate shipping address. You can also have your order shipped to a Free In-Store Preview partner jeweler where you can pick it up at your convenience.

We ship for free to our service men and women to any APO, FPO, or DPO address. Simply list your city as APO, FPO, or DPO and your state as AA, AE, or AP, along with your 5-digit zip/postal code for free delivery via USPS.

Returns/Exchange Policy

Our hassle-free, 30-day return policy, 1 is part of our commitment to taking care of you every step of the way. If you’re unsatisfied with your Ritani purchase for any reason, orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery2 to your home. We’ll gladly arrange to have it collected at your door so you have one less errand to add to your list. To return your purchase, call Ritani customer service at 1-888-202-0801. A customer service representative will email you a return label along with simple packing instructions.

Free return shipping only applies to U.S customers only and is limited to two per customer. To return an item, simply contact our customer service team for a return label and RMA. 

It will take about 24 - 48 hours for our team to send you a prepaid, fully insured FedEx 2-Day label.  We should receive your return within two business days, excluding weekends and holidays. 

All refunds will be processed within two weeks, in the original purchase method, unless noted otherwise. 

Please note: There is a return/exchange limit of 2 (returns or exchanges) per customer/household, per year.

Additional Terms & Conditions
When returning diamond jewelry, it’s important to include the GIA or AGSL certificate that your jewelry came with. If the certificate isn’t included with your return, we will have to send the diamond back to the GIA or AGSL for recertification. You will still be refunded for your purchase, but you will be charged $175 for recertification. Recertification prices may vary.

International returns are not subject to our free return policy. International customers will need to pay a return shipping fee. Shipping fees subject to change based on individual countries. 

1.  Return policies can change based on special accommodations and/or requests approved by management.

2. Deliveries are not always made to homes. This applies to international shipping facilities, businesses and requested shipping locations by customer. In the case that a customer asks to hold shipping for a later date, the 30 day return policy still takes effect from the original scheduled ship date. 


Our return policy includes:

  • Free return insurance - you're 100% covered from when it leaves your hands until it arrives at our door.
  • Zero cost - FedEx return shipping is prepaid and there are no restocking fees, if you are within thee 30 day return/exchange period. 
  • Scheduled pick-ups - we'll schedule a FedEx pick-up at your home.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom eternity rings, or those that have been modified, cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are Final Sale.
Engraved jewelry items (excluding wedding and engagement rings) cannot be returned. These items are Final Sale.
Any special orders or custom requests (excluding wedding and engagement rings) cannot be returned. These items are Final Sale.


Price Adjustments

At Ritani, we frequently offer promotions and discounts. Price adjustments on purchases can only be made within 14 days of delivery. We cannot honor any new promotions or discounts after this timeframe.

 

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but we are temporarily only shipping to Canada. We will resume international shipping in September. Thank you.
