What is the return policy on my WOLF jewellery case?
All returns must be authorized within 14 working days of order receipt. Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Items not returned in new condition and/or without original packaging and accessories are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
A Return Authorization is required for ALL returns. Any returns not accompanied by a valid Return Authorization will not be accepted. WOLF and/or Ritani is not responsible for return freight costs. Please email [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorization and for further return instructions.When will I receive my WOLF jewellery box?
WOLF jewellery cases are shipped directly from WOLF. Because WOLF fulfills all jewelry case orders directly, your WOLF item will arrive in its own shipment, separate from any Ritani jewelry order. Shipping times may vary depending on WOLF’s fulfillment schedule. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Where are WOLF products made?
WOLF began handcrafting 4 generations ago in Germany, moving to Sweden and then England. Today we continue the tradition in our own private facility in China, where all of our products are handmade by artisans and engineers.
How do I register my warranty?
WOLF offers a limited 2 year worldwide warranty on its watch winders and jewellery cases. The warranty covers manufacturer defects. Please be sure to register your purchase by completing the Warranty Form.
How should I clean the leather on my jewellery box?
Leathers can be wiped clean with a damp cloth while mirrors can be cleaned using a mild glass cleaning solution.

LusterLoc™ is WOLF’s answer to jewellery tarnishing. Jewellery begins tarnishing with air contact immediately and our patented LusterLoc™ formula neutralizes this process. LusterLoc™ will keep your jewellery as new for up to 35 years!
