SHIPPING & RETURNS
WOLF Jewelry Cases are shipped directly from WOLF. Because WOLF fulfills all orders directly, your WOLF item will arrive in its own shipment, separate from any Ritani jewelry order. Orders are typically shipped within 72 hours of receipt. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
All returns must be authorized within 14 working days of order receipt. Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging to WOLF. Items not returned in new condition and/or without original packaging and accessories are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
A Return Authorization is required for ALL returns. Any returns not accompanied by a valid Return Authorization will not be accepted.
