Free In Store Preview

WeWork is a coworking space located in 120 cities across the U.S. At Ritani, we have access to select WeWork locations to allow customers to preview their ring or loose diamond. A Ritani representative will meet you at your desired WeWork location to show you your ring or loose diamond on the day of your appointment. You MUST make an appointment in advance to preview your ring at a WeWork. The benefit of previewing your ring at WeWork is that you get one on one undivided attention from the representative, who will answer any questions you have about the ring and walk you through its qualities.

Regus is very similar to WeWork - it's a coworking space with thousands of locations across the U.S. At Ritani, we have access to select Regus locations to allow customers to preview their ring or loose diamond. A Ritani representative will meet you at your desired Regus location to show you your ring or loose diamond on the day of your appointment. You MUST make an appointment in advance to preview your ring at a Regus. Appointments are only available Monday through Friday. The benefit of previewing your ring at Regus is that you get one on one undivided attention from the representative, who will answer any questions you have about the ring and walk you through its qualities. ​

When you preview your ring at a local jeweler, you are previewing it at a partner store - NOT an actual Ritani location. Ritani does not have physical stores. ​

If possible, we recommend previewing your item at a WeWork or Regus for a more personalized, relaxed experience.​

Yes, it really is. We understand you’re about to make an important investment, and we want you to feel totally comfortable with your purchase. All we ask is that you provide a good faith credit card to show that you can buy the ring or loose diamond if you choose to do so. If you decide not to purchase anything, we release the hold on your credit card. You pay nothing.​

You could, but what they’ll be showing you is a ring set with cubic zirconia, not a diamond. This free service allows you to see the actual diamond you are considering buying.​

Our Free In-Store Preview program allows for one loose diamond or one complete engagement ring to be previewed at a time. If you place an order for multiple loose diamonds or complete engagement rings, our Customer Service department will be in touch to assist you in narrowing down your selection. 

Nope. We get that you want to find the perfect engagement ring or loose diamond, and if you’re not satisfied with what you see, there is zero obligation to buy it.​

​Every Ritani ring is one of a kind and made to order. If you don’t buy the ring from your free preview, we melt the metal down and return the diamond to our inventory.​​

No. The jeweler takes full responsibility for your preview item. There’s no risk to you.

You will receive an email when your item has arrived at the jeweler. There is no appointment necessary to view your item. Just make sure you arrive before your preview window is closed. Your item will remain at the jeweler for seven days.
