Yes, we can! ​​Custom laser engravings can be added to the girdle of your diamond. (A diamond's girdle is the thin perimeter that wraps around the largest part of the diamond, which separates the crown from the bottom.) Every earth-grown or natural Ritani diamond purchased directly on Ritani.com after October 11, 2012, is eligible for an upgrade, as long as it is certified by the GIA or AGS. With our earth-grown diamonds, we offer the option to upgrade to a diamond that is at least 2.5 times greater in value than your original diamond. When upgrading, we will exchange your diamond for credit that is equal to 100% of its original value. ​Although both are convincing and affordable alternatives to real diamonds, they have no real market value and are therefore not worth much at all. Despite their convincing appearance and affordable prices, synthetic diamonds and cubic zirconia have negligible market value, thus rendering them of little worth. 

​There are multiple factors involved in a diamond's pricing and value, with the most significant components being the 4 Cs: carat, cut, color, and clarity. Keeping that in mind, there is really no simple answer to this question. To illustrate this, there are 1-carat diamonds and 2-carat diamonds that both cost $10,000, so the cost is really contingent upon the diamond's quality. If you choose a lab-grown diamond, you can get an even larger diamond, upwards of 3 to 4 carats with a $10,000 budget. ​
